Here at grounded, we provide personalized self-care experiences through massage therapy, yoga and sauna sessions. Each service is tailored to your needs and preferences to assist in promoting lasting wellness and comfort for body and mind.
Massage sessions are based off preferred pressure and specific areas of focus. Your experience is enhanced with grounding mat, sound/vibration therapy, hot stones, warm aromatherapy towels and cupping.
(enhancements can be adjusted due to personal preference)
Yoga sessions are uniquely tailored to you — your body, your energy, your needs. Our 1 on 1 yoga instruction is designed for personalized guidance, movement and breathwork. Ideal for all levels.
Sauna sessions take place in a quiet, private setting designed to help you unwind, release tension and restore balance.
Enjoy 1 full hour in our relaxation room with uninterrupted access to our infrared sauna.
(Sauna sessions can be added to massage or yoga
or be enjoyed as its own service)

Owner Fiona Gardiner LMT (Therapist Fi “Fee”) is a highly sought after and experienced Massage Therapist dedicated to providing her clients with impactful sessions.
Being in the spa industry since 2010, Fiona saw a need for change in services provided locally
and she decided to create her private practice to execute what she believes a massage session should be-an experience.
Fiona is certified in Delta Wave, NRRT (Neuro Rocking Release Therapy), Integrative Stretching, Cupping Therapy, Oncology Massage: special focus Breast Cancer, Sound Therapy and Cranial Sacral Fundamentals.
She was awarded Best Massage Therapist in 'Portland Old Port's Best of' competition in 2019 and nominated again in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
I’ve been returning to the mat since the early 2000s. What began as a way to build strength, mobility, and flexibility quickly revealed something deeper: a way to step out of the constant chatter of the mind and come back to myself. Yoga became an anchor-supporting me through grief, transitions, and the evolving seasons of my life. That lived experience deeply informs how I teach and how I hold space.
With a Master’s in Education and training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra, I guide classes that weave movement, breath, and stillness. I currently teach in local studios, private sessions in home & at grounded, and specialty events, always aiming to create a supportive and grounding experience for each student.
