Owner Fiona Gardiner LMT (Therapist Fi “Fee”) is a highly sought after and experienced Massage Therapist dedicated to providing her clients with impactful sessions.
With 16 years of dedicated practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Fiona brings a depth of clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise that sets her work apart. Her approach is rooted in a genuine commitment to understanding the body's complexity and supporting each client's unique path to wellness.
Fiona's practice draws on an advanced and carefully curated set of modalities. She is trained in Delta Wave Therapy, a deeply restorative technique that works with the body's own neurological rhythms to promote profound relaxation and tissue recovery. Her work in Neuro Rocking Release Therapy targets the nervous system directly, using rhythmic movement to release deeply held tension patterns and restore functional mobility. Cupping therapy is integrated into her practice to enhance circulation, decompress fascial layers, and address chronic muscular restriction — offering results that traditional compression techniques alone cannot achieve.
Fiona also holds training in Craniosacral Therapy fundamentals, bringing a light-touch, whole-body awareness to her sessions that supports the central nervous system and encourages the body's natural self-corrective processes. Committed to continuous growth in her field, she is currently advancing her knowledge through studies in Integrated Manual Therapy, a comprehensive, systems-based approach that addresses the interconnected relationship between structure, function, and overall health.
Clients who work with Fiona can expect sessions that are thoughtful, precise, and grounded in clinical understanding. Whether addressing chronic pain, neurological tension, or the cumulative effects of stress, Fiona's goal is always the same: to meet each client where they are and support meaningful and lasting change through massage.
She has embarked on a parallel mission: to elevate the next generation of massage therapists and support the long-term growth of the profession she has dedicated her career to.
Fiona's decision to open her own business was driven not simply by professional ambition, but by a clear vision for what quality therapeutic care should look like. Building her practice from the ground up, she has created a space where clinical excellence, client dignity, and genuine healing intersect. For Fiona, owning a business has never been purely transactional, it is an extension of her values and a commitment to her community in Maine.
Alongside her business, Fiona is actively engaged in mentoring both working massage therapists and individuals considering entering the field and is a American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) Maine Chapter Board member.
I’ve been returning to the mat since the early 2000s. What began as a way to build strength, mobility, and flexibility quickly revealed something deeper: a way to step out of the constant chatter of the mind and come back to myself. Yoga became an anchor-supporting me through grief, transitions, and the evolving seasons of my life. That lived experience deeply informs how I teach and how I hold space.
With a Master’s in Education and training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra, I guide classes that weave movement, breath, and stillness. I currently teach in local studios, private sessions in home & at grounded, and specialty events, always aiming to create a supportive and grounding experience for each student.
